Crossfit barbell weight list
CrossFit uses a lot of barbells. Also, since it originated in the United States, it is also characterized by the weight notation in lb (pounds).
In Japan, it is generally written in kg (kilogram), so it is difficult to imagine the weight if it is written in pounds.
