2016 CrossFit Games OPEN workout menu

The 2016 CrossFit Games OPEN was held for five weeks from February 25th to March 28th.
Here are five workouts performed by approximately 270,000 crossfitters aged 14 to 100.

Workout 16.1

4-min AMRAP + Bounus Time:

50 double-unders
squat cleans*

Time extends 4-min each time a round is completed.

*Round1 = 15 cleans, 135 / 85-lb.
*Round2 = 13 cleans, 185 / 115-lb.
*Round3 = 11 cleans, 225 / 145-lb.
*Round4 = 9 cleans, 275 / 175-lb.
*Round5 = 7 cleans, 315 / 205-lb.
