Muscle up -Muscle Up (MU) -

腕を伸ばし、懸垂バー、または吊り輪(リング)にぶら下がった状態から懸垂動作とディップ動作を行い懸垂バー、または吊り輪(リング)上へ上がる動作。

This is one of the difficult tasks because it is the most difficult operation in crossfit.
