Muscle up -Muscle Up (MU) -

Stretching and dipping from the state where the arm is extended and hanging from the suspension bar or the suspension ring, and the movement to move up to the suspension bar or ring.

This is one of the difficult tasks because it is the most difficult operation in crossfit.
