Turkish get-up (Turkish get-up), also known as TGU for short, is a training that allows you to train your entire body. Not only can you strengthen the muscles of your shoulders, core, legs (thighs) and hips, but you can also improve your athletic performance and physical condition. Starting with your back on the floor, you press the kettlebell while lying down (so-called floor press), and then stand up while still pressed.
